IS200EMIOH1A DA is a GE EX2100 Excitation Control System. The EPCT, ECTB, EACF and EXTB terminal boards IO’s are handled by EMIO. PT and CT signals are included in the I/O. It also sends logic level gate pulse signals to the ESEL board, which sends them to EGPA in the power conversion cabinet via the backplane. The inputs and outputs from a variety of I/O boards connected to the control rack are managed by EMIO.
IS200EMIOH1A board is very reliable and so less prone to damage. But the improper handling and poor storage can affect the functionality of the card. So that we recommend keeping the cards in static sensitive storage boxes in recommended conditions.
If you experience any issue with IS200EMIOH1A, we can quickly test, diagnose and fix it. Expedite repair option is also available for IS200EMIOH1A. The cards are repaired using proper tools and experts in a controlled environment. All the parts needed for repairing the board are in our stock. We also ensure that the replacement components are industrial grade and meet or exceed OEM standards. FVT tested all repairs and comes with a warranty.
Proper refurbishing of the IS200EMIOH1A circuit board can increase its longevity also .
The refurbishing process includes,
Replacing all aging and commonly failing components.
Applying TIL modification if there is any.
Reflowing solder to eliminate dry solder.
Thorough Industrial standard cleaning of the card.
Applying a protective coating, etc.
Functional Verification Test
We also carry out the FUNCTIONAL VERIFICATION TEST of IS200EMIOH1A in an actual OEM system setup. Because of using the OEM system, we can assure 100% reliability. Like any other card, all inputs and outputs will be individually verified for their functionality. So every channel is individually verified. Depending on the board, we also do load testing to ensure the proper stability of the board.
Circuit Board Handling.
IS200EMIOH1A is a static-sensitive board like the VME boards.
We recommend minimizing hands-on contact with PCB, especially in the conducting area. If you need to hold them directly, hold them on their edges. Always wear antistatic gloves. These units need to handle with proper ESD safety precautions.
